A typical provincial eastern european hotel. It needs renovating but not so much that it is not a saleable product.
Central Sinaia close to bus stops and not far from railway station. On the main road route through the town. Nb public transport is unreliable. The palaces are not within walking distance.

Relatively small and in need of renovation. Much wood and carpet - quite dark and dusty. Room for max 15-20 people without luggage.

Exterior

Traditional. The facade is made of light coloured stone and reflects a certain faded grandeur. The stone is in poor condition and the paintwork needs attention.

Rooms

Decorated mainly in oranges and browns, they are clean and functional. The furniture is scuffed in places and will need replacing soon.

Restaurant

Ground floor. Large and quite bright. Tables for mainly fours. General public shares restaurant with groups.
