The Oliveira do Hospital will feature a new venture five-star tourist, scheduled opening in July and reception of the first guests on 1 August. Aqua Heath Village Resort & Spa will offer 30 apartments various types, complete with restaurant, bar, games room, interpretation center of thermal mineral waters, library, lounge cinema, among other complementarities. Situated in the village of Caldas de S. Paulo, the project has about 500 meters from the bank of the river Alva, where guests can enjoy fishing, private river beach and strolling jacuzzi boats. With an investment of 4.9 million euros, this health center and welfare has three swimming pools (recreational spa, the chlorine treatment and salt treatment), as well as seven massage offices and other services.
