The island of Porto Santo is probably one of Europe's best hidden secrets. It has one of the best, golden sandy and unspoilt beaches in the continent. After spending the day on the beach you might want to have a swim in the hotels' pool. There is also a sun-terrace with sunloungers and should you wish to cool down, the hotel has an elegant pool bar.
This hotel is located in the centre of Vila Baleira, Porto Santo's main town. It is 200 metres from one of the top beaches in Europe, 5 minutes from the airport and 2 km from the port. Nearby you can find a whole range of restaurants, bars and other nightspots.

This is a modern style buillding.
The rooms which are in good condition are generaly large and bright. They are decorated in an up-to-date manner which gives the room a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel does not have a restaurant but has a bar which serves light snacks and is located right next to the pool.
The Hotel Praia Dourada offers the use of a TV in the rooms.
