Renovated in 2004, the hotel consists of a main building and an annexe building, each with a single storey. On offer are a total of 150 apartments, of which two are disability-friendly. A lobby welcomes guests with a 24-hour reception desk, safes and currency exchange desk. Dining options include a bar, a cafÃ©, a breakfast room, a dinner room, and a restaurant with highchairs available for children. Further amenities include a small supermarket, a games room, a TV room, a public Internet connection, and a bicycle hire service with corresponding storage room. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park.

Built on a hill overlooking the ocean, this hotel is located 300 metres from the beach Caneiros and 3 km from Ferragudo. In Vila Gaivota Restaurant served a breakfast buffet very varied. At lunch and dinner are served countless national and international dishes, and also offer daily menu item and the chef's suggestions. Our most popular dish is fresh salmon on the grill. In summer, we offer one night per week of live music, the service also available for private parties and large groups. Our bar is the ideal place to have a drink before or after eating, or simply to have a coffee in peace and harmony. For lunch, we offer special letter of appetizers, pizzas and desserts that can be served at the bar or on the terrace of the pool.
