The lobby is large and bright with huge floor-to-ceiling windows. There are a number of comfortable leather sofas and large plants scattered about the lobby and reception area. The lay out is open plan and therefore very spacious. There is also a small shop, a bar and Viennese coffee shop.
The building is a modern structure, constructed from white concrete, glass and steel overlooking one of Warsaws' main squares. On one side is a main road and the other is the entrance to the Warszawa Centralna railway terminal.
The rooms are medium-sized and in good condition with two queen size double beds. They are comfortable and well appointed with teak furniture and bright pale upholstery. Bathrooms are modern and of a good size.
There are three restaurants, all of them located on the first floor. All are modern and functional. There is the elegant 'Symfonia' offering a fine dining experience, the more informal 'Brasserie' offering all day dining buffet style and finally the 'Rotisserie' which serves grilled specialities
