This is an excellent hotel offerring a very high level of service, and is suitable for all markets. It has a fabulous spa which includes a swimming pool, saunas, gym and massage treatment. Outstanding! one night is not enough!
I am a frequent visitor to amsterdam and usually stay at the marriott. however after quite a wearing 4 days at the north sea jazz festival, myself and my friend were in need of luxury, peace & pampering. this hotel more than delivered. the service was impeccable. the decor warm, elegant & stylist with attention paid to every little detail. the fresh flower displays of orchids throughout the hotel are to die for and even the metal on the elevator is decorated with a sutle, tiny flowered patterns. i had booked a standard room but had a very generous upgrade so that we could also enjoy the spa & executive lounge. it was worth every penny and i would have happily paid more! added to all of the luxury surroundings, the service is impeccable. there is nothing i can fault and i will definitely be back for a longer stay as we really did not want to leave. one night was not enough! a big thankyou to all of the staff who made our stay so delightful. this hotel deserves more than 5 stars! margaret, london
