The medium size lobby is styled as an alpine lodge with exposed beams and stone walls, leading from the lobby is the lounge with plenty of very nice seating, sofas and lounge chairs. A large painting of the properties namesake Mr William Rees dominates one wall. A floor to ceiling panoramic window takes up the entire end of the lounge area.
