The building is constructed in two main blocks. Because of the location one building is positioned lower down the lake shore slopes than the other. Each is five storeys high.

Rooms

A variety of room types within the property. This room type is their hotel room, as the whole property is brand new all the fittings are very contemporary and well designed. The bedding in the standard room is one Queen bed for a maximum of two guests, no extra beds are possible in this room type. Bathrooms are shower only. All rooms have views over the lake and include balconies. The rooms/suites also include underfloor heating, a real bonus in winter ! DVD players and music systems are also standard inclusions.

Restaurant

Seasons is the bar and restaurant. Serves Breakfast and dinner in an informal atmosphere.

The hotel provides either its own car park or a nearby one with a special agreement; being not included in the room price, for a paid parking the payment have to be carried out directly on the spot.
