Lobby
The lobby is small with wicker furniture and has been pleasantly decorated although it is still rather dated. Having said that, the hotel is due to undergo major refurbishment.
Exterior
The building itself is modern dating from the 60's and is part of a small shopping arcade.
Rooms
The bedrooms have all been renovated and are vastly improved. All the bedrooms have proper beds as opposed to the beds that you pull out of the wall and the rooms are decorated in pastel colours making them much brighter than before. They are in good condition as are the bathrooms.
Restaurant
The restaurant is large and bright with huge windows along 2 sides and with fantastic views of the sea. There is also a large terrace where one can have a drink or meal, weather permitting. The food served is typically Dutch.
Location
The Atlantic hotel is located in kijkduin, an area just south of The Hague, about 15 minutes drive from the city centre. The hotel faces the beach.
