Restaurant
An experience; Chef Rick Barteklink has opted for a menu with a mix of culinary styles and a contemporary interpretation of typical Alsatian and Limburg dishes. Bartelink and the host, Jean-Philippe Roussel, take care of the culinairy side of the Beaumont experience. The Beaumont hotel has been affiliated to the Maastricht Culinair organization since 2003 (a cooperative of top restaurants in Maastricht). Certain choices have been made in order to satisfy the wishes of today's gourmet even better: new-style dishes like Seafood Only; Alsace Style, in keeping with the Beaumont traditions, namely a great partiality for Alsatian cuisine; and the culinary value of Limburg cuisine is not forgotten either- Limburg Style. The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11.00 to 17.00 (not on Sunday) and for dinner from 18.00 to 22.00.
