I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend an event in their conference facility. check-in was fast and efficient, the rooms are all modern and comfortable. there was a safe, ironing board, kettle and tv in the room. no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom - so don't rely on finding any here! i had a water-facing room this time which was quiet, previously i had an identical city-facing room in which i could hear the passing trains at a low level - not enough to stop me sleeping but enough to be audible all the time. breakfast is a good range of hot and cold european foods, in a relaxed environment. perhaps 10 minutes walk to/from the centraal station, thoug they do have a free shuttle, and the 26 tram stops nearby which is 1 srop from centraal. tip - if you exit the station on the water side it is aslightly faster walk to the movenpick - which you are can see in the distance. recommended for business, maybe not ideally suited for a city break but still in centre of town.
