The hotel is located in the heart of the entertainment district, Osaka Minami area. It is a few minuets walk from the nearest stations (Nankai, Kintetsu and Metro), amidst plenty restaurants, shops, bars and theatres. It is approximately one hour drive from Kansai International Airport or 5 minutes driveby taxi from Nankai Namba Station, where has easy access to Kansai Internationalairport by Express train.

The hotel is well located, clean and tidy and provided value for money in osaka. the location is moments walk from the buzzing shopping and entertainment area.
our gripe revolved around the booking process. we booked two rooms (adjoining) and nominated that one was for the two of us and our 5-year-old daughter. there was no option for requesting a fold out bed during the process.
when we arrived, our room contained one double bed and nowhere for our daughter to sleep. after contacting the front desk, we were told that our daughter was expected to share our bed (which wasn't practical) because no trundle beds were available, and the hotels three-bed rooms were booked out. management couldn't provide a solution so we improvised and set up a makeshift bed for her using two office chairs, a suitcase and sets of pillows.
our recommendation is make the booking process better so guests can be certain they know exactly what bedding is available in the rooms you book. also more assistance from management in helping solve the problem would have been appreciated.
