Lobby
The 147 is the latest Art Hotel Italy, a multipurpose area created ex novo in order to offer its guests a versatile environment, suitable for events of all types. Junction point between the three hotels of the group, the space is connected internally to the 147 Art Hotel Guala and, thanks to careful architectural conception of space, has an independent access for external guests. There are three floors, distributed on an area of 600 square meters, through which there are spaces and types of services which offer guests the possibility to switch between workspaces to leisure areas: the large hall of the first floor is the ideal place for the mise en place of dinners and buffet catering service carried out by Art Hotel ItalyWhile the spaces provided for the Congress, were designed according to the most innovative architectural trends, combining the use of modular panels that make the spaces which host multiple events at the same time welcoming up to 150 people.

The hotel offers 103 rooms over eight floors, all modernly furnished and soundproof. Each unit has air conditioning, mini bar, bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite television including Sky Movies packages.
Restaurant
The breakfast room is comfortable offering a rich buffet.
