Disgustingly overpriced for a run down hotel

This place was terrible. the rooms were run down and it cannot possibly be considered 5 star.
the meals in the restaurant were basic and overpriced for what they were.
the only good thing was the delicious breakfast.

Scenic sorrento from the top of the hill hilton!

As if sorrento wasn't beautiful enough, seeing it from the patio of the beautifully appointed and spacious hilton sorrento palace hotel made it even enchanting. the hotel is situated just about a 10 minute walk from the piazzo but allows you to feel a million miles away from the hustle and crowds at the same. it was the perfect transition from being in the middle of the historic town and hustle and bustle to go back to the hotel and walk through the marble lobby and sit in the quite on one of the decks and enjoy the quiet and lights of this spectacular part of italy. loved it!

Fine hotel up the hill

Very good hotel with very effective staff. it's a way up the hill in sorrento so expect a bit of exercise if staying for a few days
