The refined building dates from the early twentieth-century and Hotel Mediterraneo's profile rises along the Sorrento coast in all its elegance. The white residence contrasts with green orange trees in the garden, which fill the surroundings with a pleasant perfume allowing guests to fully relax by the pool or at the bar in the park.

The 70 rooms of Hotel Mediterraneo are wonderful and fitted in style with tones of blue that evoke the sea and create a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Enriched by ceramics from Sorrento with floral designs, these bright rooms are available in a standard version with a garden or sea view and a superior version with a small lounge area and very pleasant, furnished terrace that overlooks the sea. These rooms come in single, twin, double and triple versions, for all our guests' needs. They are equipped with superior comforts for a 4 star hotel in Sorrento. Restaurant
The hotel's top floor houses the "Vesuvio" roof restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant's dining area boasts breathless views over the Gulf, Sorrento, Naples, Ischia, and Procida. The entire panorama is dominated by the spectacular presence of the volcano after which our restaurant is named. The dining room extends into a terrace, where dinner is served right above the sea in the warm summer evenings. Our gastronomic menu ranges from typical entrées of the traditional cuisine of Sorrento and Naples to sophisticated international cuisine. Our more demanding guests may consult the "a la carte" menu to sample some of the chef's recommendations. Our well-supplied cantina features the most important regional and national labels, our sommelier's suggestions, as well as the best wine for every entrée.

Hotel Mediterraneo is located in Sant Agnello di Sorrento, in one of the most spectacular areas of the Sorrento Peninsula, located in a quiet area at only 1.2 kilometers from the center of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso). Here, the tufa coastline hangs over the sea. We are located 50 kilometers from Naples and 25 kilometers from the Ercolano and Pompeii excavations. We are 13 kilometers from Positano, 30 kilometers from Amalfi and a 15 minute boat ride from Capri.
