Exterior
The exterior is cream coloured, and the building used to be an old sienese Villa belonging to a noble family of the area. Dark wood shutters surround each window. At the rear is a patio area in the same shape and design as the main 'palio' square in the centre of Siena. The hotel actually has its own chapel, which, though not consecreted has special dispensation to hold wedding ceromonies in.
Rooms
Rooms are spacious and confortable, tastefully furnished and equipped to highest standards. Elegant upholstery on the walls, antique furniture and murano lamps and chandeliers are tastefully coordinated for a special warm yet refined atmosphere.
Restaurant
Facing onto an enchanting Italian garden, the "L'Olivo" restaurant reinterprets the best of Tuscany's traditional recipes, accompanied by a vast selection of choice wines from its excellent cellar.
