Comfortable

This hotel was comfortable, clean and had probably everything you would need when on holiday. drinks were a bit overpriced but the the barman atla(?) provided outstanding service and was extremely professional.

a good 20min walk from the centre of the town. all in all we enjoyed our stay and we would use this hotel again.

Great hotel, big clean rooms. it is quite a walk to the city centre (30 mins) but there are busses.

Overpriced for a run down facility

Even though the staff at the garden hotel was courteous and helpful, we did not find the accomodations acceptable. nor did we feel that the hotel merited a 4 star rating. the grounds were rundown as well as the rooms. also, we were misled by the internet to believe that the hotel was situated close to the old section of siena--only a 5 minute walk. this was far from the truth. we had to take a cab from the hotel to the center of town.
