The structure was built by the same company which manages La Minda Srl in 2014. On the ground floor there is the Mùita di Mari restaurant/cafe open for the hotel guests and also for external clients. The property consists of 10 rooms which are situated on two different floors, on the first floor there are 2 double/twin rooms with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony and large terrace, a large double bed room ideal for disabled guests with wide terrace. On the second floor there are 6 bedrooms, 4 double/twin rooms with balcony and 2 double rooms with a third bed, both with balcony. All rooms have TV, minibar, air conditioning, hair dryer, shower, bidet.
