Rooms
All rooms have a private bathroom, except for a shower (except for the disabled room), heated towel racks and a welcome set. The rooms are finely furnished with wrought iron beds, furniture in poor art, radiator and TV. We have a very large wheelchair-accessible room. The ground floor rooms open onto a large patio and garden; the upstairs rooms have a balcony window overlooking the garden.
Location
The Hotel Pace is located in the center of Pompeii, so it enjoys an excellent position to reach on foot both the places of interest, such as archaeological excavations and the central square where the Sanctuary stands, and to reach the trains. The Hotel is just 500 meters from the excavation Amphitheater entrance and just 300 meters from the Madonna del Rosario Sanctuary. The railways of the state, useful to reach Naples (or directly the archaeological museum of Naples) and Salerno is only 100 meters, while the local Circumvesuviana train line to go to Herculaneum or Oplontis is only 400 meters. At about 2 km you will find the Circumvesuviana line to go to Sorrento, but a minibus is available from the central square to reach the station. The Hotel is located on one of the main streets, where there are excellent restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, all within walking distance.
