The circularity of the cones has a unique story to tell for each room. The farmyard is accessed from the Pensatoio, an informal sitting room that preserves the original limestone floors. The 'butterfly' installation by artist-architect Camilla Castaldo catches the eye and invites you to go further afield. The three bedrooms open radially around the kitchen. Elegant, modern, minimal, convivial. Visually communicating with the covered patio, equipped to experience the slow rhythms of the countryside. From the patio to the panoramic swimming pool, the step is short. A panoramic corner of paradise where you can lose yourself with your gaze. A few metres from the main nucleus is the Cabana, the bedroom for stargazers.
Location
Cocotrullo's strategic location makes it possible to reach the nearby villages of, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica, Francavilla Fontana, Grottaglie and Ostuni in just a few minutes, but it is also the starting point for discovering the coastline from the Adriatic to the Ionian Sea.
