As of November 1,2018, the management of our restaurant was taken over by the chefs Bernard Fournier and Luciano Tona. Both awarded with a Michelin star, Mr Fournier and Mr Tona propose the typical dishes of Italian culinary tradition (from Risotto with pumpkin and Parmesan cheese to the Marrowbone Milanese style)some of which reinterpreted (Chicken supreme served with foie gras, to quote but one) but all of them prepared and customized to the finest palate’s taste. The breakfast service has also been enriched by adding home-made cakes and bread to the already famous wide variety of products offered by Melia.
