The owners villa and the two buildings reserved for guests are on separate terraces, and there are olive trees, vineyards and lawns all around. The enclosed swimming pool is exclusively for guests and is rectangular, 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1-1.45 m and is purified with chlorine. The pool is externally paved and complete with sunbeds, a beach umbrella, an outdoor shower, 5 gazebos and a stonework barbecue. The barn on the ground floor has a living/dining room with a cooking space leading directly to the terraces, 1 guest bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an extra single bed, each with a bathroom with shower and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms leads directly to the outdoor terraces. On the first floor there is a spacious room with large panoramic windows which, upon request, can be used for dinners or lunches prepared by the owners.The basement floor has a washing room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.The outbuilding features one double bedroom with extra baby bed, one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom (a double or two single beds) plus an extra single bed, one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, a TV, air conditioning and a mini bar.LocationThe property is immersed in Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is quite isolated, but the owners live in the nearby house. There are several towns nearby, with all kinds of services.FacilitiesLa Gufaia has wifi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, a ping pong table.ServicesThe price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen and swimming towels (changed weekly), water, gas, 350 Kwh of electricity per week (extra will be charged separately), internet, baby bed and high chair. Access to the property via 300 metres of gravel road. Small pets are permitted.
