##Description **Residence Borgo Latino** is a residential complex located in Torre dell’Orso, a five-minute walk from its beautiful seafront promenade. Otranto, located about 18 kilometres away, on the Adriatic coast of the Salento peninsula, is the easternmost town of Italy. The fine sandy beach of Sant’Andrea, renowned for its crystal clear waters and its distinctive cliffs, is located about 250 metres away. Brindisi airport is about 80 kilometres away, while Lecce can be reached in just 35 minutes by car. This residence consists of some units arranged over two or three levels, surrounded by a lovely garden. The apartments are air conditioned and offers picturesque views of the garden and the town. It includes a small reception and a garden with shared showers and barbecue facilities. Several sports facilities, including a skating rink, a tennis court, a football pitch and a mini golf course, are located not far from the residence. All apartments located on the ground come have a private entrance, a veranda or a furnished garden, while those on the upper floor are equipped with a furnished balcony. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, TV and air conditioning.
