Restaurant
RESTAURANT The restaurant is our pride! With immense dedication we carry on the work of our parents Anna and Tullio, who since 1958 – returning from the Milanese environment and full of experiences in the catering sector – began their small business first as a tavern then, over time, expanded as a restaurant. Today we children, Nadia and Roberto, continue in the wake of the best traditional, Italian and Venetian cuisine. Alongside a qualified staff we offer dishes rich in taste and aromas. And if you are lucky, you can also exchange two pleasant words with Mrs. Anna, who occasionally peeps out from behind the spit... Meat is our specialty. The fame of the “Spiedo di Tullio” has gone beyond the province of Treviso! Selected quality mixed meats, slow cooking in front of the “larìn” fire and lots of love are the only ingredients for an always excellent result. And then grilled meat, cut and cockerel, and the variety of firsts, side dishes and sweets. Do not miss to taste the homemade pasta and gnocchi. Our dishes follow the alternation of the seasons so you can enjoy mushrooms, chestnuts and pumpkin in autumn, or asparagus of Cimadolmo and wild herbs in spring. The Cellar It could not miss a worthy selection of wines, over 400 labels. It starts from the local glories such as Prosecco DOCG and Verdisio, the reds such as the Colli di Conegliano, the wines of Piave and Montello. Then there are great wines from Piedmont, Tuscany, but also Il Nero d’Avola siciliano and Passito. A full rose also for connoisseurs. The cellar is also open as a retail resale.
