The Tuscany villa is ideal for groups of friends that want to spend a relaxing holiday together, yet at the same time easily take day-trips throughout Tuscany. In fact, Pistoia, Florence and Lucca are all just a few kilometres away. Just a bit further away are Siena, San Gimignano as well as the beaches of the Versilia with the famous seaside resort town, Forte dei Marmi. The villa is surrounded by large outdoor areas and a blooming garden with garden-furniture, a barbecue area and a swimming pool (17x6 m, 1.6 m deep) (01/06-30/09).
