##Description **Residence Vista Village** is located in Porto San Paolo, on the slopes of "Monte Contros", overlooking the east coast of Sardinia, and close to the town centre, with wonderful views of the Tavolara Island and 800 metres from the sandy beach. This complex has 22 apartments, located in five buildings, all with a private entrance, decorated in the typical style of Gallura and equipped with outdoor spaces. A tennis court (not included in the price) and a freshwater pool with a children's area, open from late April to late September and equipped with sun loungers, are also available for guests. The reception office is available from 09:00 am to 13:00 and late arrivals must be communicated in advance. A car park with an electronic gate and free Internet connection are also available for guests. Pets are not allowed and cooking on barbecue is prohibited within the residence. ##Apartments This residence has different types of apartments, including: -Studio apartments 2 to 3 people: a living room with a double bed and a terrace overlooking the sea; -One-bedroom apartments 4 people: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom, some arranged over two floors; -Two-bedroom apartments 5 to 6 people: a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, two bathrooms, a veranda or garden views. All apartments are furnished in Mediterranean style and equipped with bathrooms with shower, a kitchenette, a dishwasher (three-room apartments only), satellite TV and air conditioning.
