The villa, surrounded by the green landscape typical of this area of Tuscany, belongs to a farm which extends over a property of 650 hectares, about 30 km north-east of Florence.The farm produces wine from its 25-hectare vineyard, about 120,000 bottles distributed in Italy and in more than 30 countries in five continents.At the centre of the property are the reception, a swimming pool and a restaurant offering a genuine Tuscan hospitality.The Country Estate was among the first agriturismi in Tuscany at the middle of the 80s and in the last 30 years, little by little, various accommodations have been recovered maintaining the style and the elegance of the Tuscan architecture and adding modern comfort and technology.Villa Rufina (17 pers.)A large country house of the end of the eighteenth century became, gradually over the years, a finely restored villa with several rooms, a large kitchen and a cosy garden for exclusive use.Located about 500 meters away from the centre of the farm, the villa guarantees privacy among fragrant vineyards and silver olive groves. The private pool is located inside a fenced garden. The garden offers also a barbecue area with available firewood.Inside the house are eight bedrooms, for a total of 17 sleeping facilities, seven double bedrooms located on the first floor and one triple bedroom on the ground floor (with separate entrance and exclusive lodge). The rooms are all very cosy, with stylish furniture and elegant curtains and fabrics.The five bathrooms have all a modern design and the building benefits from alternative energy systems and free Wi-Fi connection.The historic atmosphere is guaranteed by the careful furniture, the doors and windows and the fireplace dominating the main living room.
