Rooms: furnished in a simple and functional way and with private facilities, they have air conditioning, telephone, color TV and fridge. The structure has masonry apartments for the residence formula and rooms for the hotel formula. The masonry apartments are all with independent entrance and furnished and equipped in a simple and functional way. The hotel formula rooms are simply and functionally furnished. For some apartments, the completely renovated INN apartments, and the TOP apartments, renovated in the front row, there are supplements to be paid locally. Apartments: Studio For 2 People: composed of living room with double pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, terrace or small garden (approx. 25 m2). Studio B 3 people: composed of living room with double sofa bed and single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small garden (approx. 30 m2). Studio C 4 People: composed of living room with double sofa bed and bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, terrace (approx. 35 sq m). Two-room apartment D 4 People: composed of hallway entrance, double bedroom, living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, terrace (approx. 40 m2). Three-room apartment E 6 people: composed of entrance hallway, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, living room with kitchenette and double pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with shower and terrace (approx. 45 m2).
