Wine-growing farm located in the Maremma area near the Tuscan coast a few kilometers from the historic town of Massa Marittima and along the Strada del Monteregio, the road where the renowned Monteregio "doc" wine is produced. The farm consists of the main villa and of another building with the apartments MONTECUCCO, MONTEREGIO, ANSONICA, PARRINA e SOVANA. The couple who tends to the outdoor areas lives in an apartment made from a portion of the villa. The guests have at their disposal a spacious equipped area with barbecue, a swimming-pool (6x12 depth 1,4 m) (1/5-30/09 from 8.00am to 8.00pm) and a communal laundry room (with washing-machine for a charge, wash-basin, iron board and iron). It is possible to purchase olive oil and wine produced on the farm. On request and to be paid on the spot: extra bed (60 euro/week), extra linen change (12euro/person), baby bed (25euro/week).
