The villa is actually ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to relax in the large park and in the swimming pool or use a wellnes center Spa located in the property next door.External Area and Swimming PoolOn the large and well cared -for lawn, there is the swimming pool measuring 16 x 8m and 1.2m deep with a solarium with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. In front of the swimming pool, there is a characteristic annexe with a large living room with fireplace, dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with a wood-fired oven for pizzas and a covered loggia with tables, chairs and a barbeque, ideal for preparing meals and eating outside all together. You can reach the lake and a tennis court on a pathway on the estate (shared with the guests in the other villa).InteriorThe house has been carefully restored with stone slabs, beamed ceilings and furnished with antique, Tuscan-style furniture. The villa is divided in two apartments, both having a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor.(apartment 1): On the ground floor there is the living room with the dining room, satellite TV, kitchenette with a fireplace and two single sofa beds, a small sitting room giving directly onto the garden and a bathroom with shower.On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms one of which has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower.(apartment 2): On the ground floor there is the living area, dining room with kitchenette giving directly onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower.On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms both with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with an extra bed, 1 bathroom with shower.In the annexe situated in the middle of the garden and all on the ground floor, there is a large hall with a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-fired oven and outdoor loggia furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. There is also a toilet in a room used as a laundry with a washing machine.LocationThe estate spreads over about 66 hectares amongst woods and cultivated fields in the Casentino area, rich in history such as the sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli.FacilitiesThe villa is provided with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, car park on the property and spa wellnes center located in the property next door.ServicesIncluded in the price: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), beach towels for the pool, Internet connection, wood for barbeques, daily cleaning of the pool and garden, maintenance of the tennis equipment, electricity, water and gas consumption, high chair and baby bed, tennis court and use of the lake for fishing with the guests own equipment, the use of the organic kitchen garden on the property, nature itineraries on foot. Access is allowed to people over 16 years of age.Activities and AttractionsThere are many activities you can do on the property: tennis, hiking in the woods, cycling, fishing, well-being itineraries, but it is also an ideal starting point for excursions in search of gastronomy and typical products or of all the small villages and monasteries of the Casentino area such as the Vallombrosa Abbey, the holy Hermitage of Camaldoli and the Sanctuary of La Verna.
