Hotel Nordoy was built in 1925 and is located within the historical neighborhood of Nahalat Binyamin. This neighborhood is the first expansion of the Ahuzat Bayit neighborhood that later became Tel Aviv. Since its establishment, the building has been functioning as a hotel and is the oldest active hotel in Tel Aviv.|Due to the continuity of the use of the building, no significant changes were made in its appearance.
