Nice hotel, but the front desk person was not professional.

I booked this hotel under my name, paid with the credit card which is on my name and specified my contact details. however i booked it for my father, who was travelling alone.

when i called the front desk and asked if my father arrived (he is old man who is not speaking hebrew or english), they said they cannot provide this information to me.

this is not only rediculous but unprofessional. i booked and paid for the hotel, so i should be able to get all the info about the arrival, stay and everything else for what i paid.
