The new hotel lobby is very modern and impressive. It is medium in size with an impressive high ceiling and balcony. There is a small seating area adjacent to the bar.

Exterior

The hotel has been completely renovated after fire and re-opened in early 1998. It faces the quayside on the main route through Waterford. It has a traditional facade and very modern interior.
