The lounge bar is new and very attractive. Since its refurbishment programme the North Star has become one of the best value 3-star hotels in the city.
The hotel is located in the city centre opposite the International Financial Services Centre, adjacent to Dublin's Connolly rail station, and international bus depot. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance from Temple Bar, St. Stephen's Green and Trinity College.

The lobby is small, with a reception desk and seating area.
The hotel is a traditional, white building, dating back to the nineteenth century.
All the rooms are ensuite with direct dial telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and trouser press.
The restaurant has also been refurbished and caters for both groups and individuals.

The Hotel The Address Connolly offers a laundry service. Guests have access to an overhead projector to better support meetings, etc.. There is a projector available for the use in meetings. The hotel offers business facilities. The hotel is ideal for families with small children.
The hotel provides either its own car park or a nearby one with a special agreement; being not included in the room price, for a paid parking the payment have to be carried out directly on the spot.

Great place, highly recommend staying here
great location - across the road from connelly train station and a short 10minute walk to the centre.
the hotel and our room was very nice and modern, the bed was massive!
our room was looking out onto the train tracks but the noise didn’t bother me at all, i shut the window and put the air-con on.
we had an early flight so arrived at the hotel at 9:30am to be told there was no rooms available at the moment to check in, the receptionist gave me a card and told me to call in an hour or so and they would see what they could do, they let us leave our bags with them so we didn’t have to carry them round all day - i called the hotel at 11:30am and was told they had a room ready for us :)
the staff were very friendly throughout our stay (the tv wasn’t working when we got to the room, they sent someone up to fix it straight away, had room service etc) they kindly told us where the bus station was, what bus to get to the airport and how often it came.
overall an excellent stay, i would recommend this hotel to everyone especially at the price i paid on hotelsclick.com (£60 for a night)

My friend and i were staying here for a concert and just loved it! i was really surprised with how friendly the staff were, how big and comfortable the rooms were and the breakfast room in the morning was just lovely! i thought that it was really nice that they had a 'beyoncã© specials' menu of a certain cocktail and different food available in celebration of the beyoncã© concert. i also thought that it was great that they had a bus running from the hotel to the o2 for the concert, even though it wasn't long of a walk it was nice to be picked up after the concert and safely brought back to the hotel. the only downside of the hotel in my opinion for families/elders was that it is near a train/tram line which made a bit of noise, we thought it was fine because we are both heavy sleepers but if you aren't it could be a problem! but that is really the only downside to this wonderful hotel that i could comment on!

Our rooms were all facing the railway and therefore noisy from time to time; insist on a room away from the railway. room was small but clean and fine for a one or two night stay

This hotel is a good base for anyone wanting to explore dublin. the rooms are clean and tidy and provide sufficient space. our room was very close to the train tracks so through the day trains could be heard, however we spent most of the day out and about so this was not too much of an issue. the staff were very accomodating and the hotel as very clean. the breakfast was excellent.
