Great hotel. we will be back!!!

We arrived at hotel to be greeted by several staff (makes a change!) and hot towels to freshen our hands after our journey...super start! the room was great, spotlessly clean with adequate extras. lunch is the bar was great, good selection & great buzz. the breakfast was superb...and to top it off when we checked out on easter sunday there were baskets of cream eggs around "have one or two for the road" stated one of the many efficient staff on duty.

Excellent hotel with good link to airport and fairly close to city centre.
bar lunch was good but salad could have been a liitle fresher.
rooms were pleasant & clean and beds very comfortable!
staff friendly & welcoming.

initial checkin didn't go quite as planned as having booked & stated non smoking were given key to a smoking room- very unpleasant. but managed to get it changed.
late checkin at 2.00 pm which was a little inconvenient for a short stay, as ended up losing most of the sightseeing time in.
excellent leisure facilities/swimming pool.
design of hotel very good with stunning glazed lobby & entrance lifts etc
