Silversprings moran

Booked the hotel as it was convenient to cork airport. on arrival receptionist could only find one reservation as the surname was mis-spelt, although she eventually found second one, she appeared unhelpful. we were unable to reserve a table in the restaurant as it was fully booked and had to have a bar meal from a very limited menu.

rooms and general decor appeared dated and shabby, large crack in the wall of one bedroom with plaster on the pillow and horrible smell from sink.

would not recommend hotel.

Still waiting for my cancellation refund

The hotel was fine. the booking price was very good. however, for business reason i needed to return to the uk and cancelled the remainder of my stay. i tried to do this at the hotel reception who informed me that i needed to inform yourselves directly. i did this immediatley by e-mail on 31/03/08. i received an e-mail reply the next day (01/04/08) confirming that you would check with the hotel that i had indeed cancelled my trip and you would be in touch as soon as possible. i have heard nothing from you since then. i am still waiting for my credit card refund. i have never used hotelsclick before and i will never use you again. send me my refund before i am forced to take further action.
