Booked the hotel as it was convenient to cork airport. on arrival receptionist could only find one reservation as the surname was mis-spelt, although she eventually found second one, she appeared unhelpful. we were unable to reserve a table in the restaurant as it was fully booked and had to have a bar meal from a very limited menu. rooms and general decor appeared dated and shabby, large crack in the wall of one bedroom with plaster on the pillow and horrible smell from sink. would not recommend hotel.
