Designed by award winning Australian firm Grounds Kent Architects, Karma Jimbaran villas are inspired by the traditional Balinese garden compound design that has proven so seminal in the development of tropical architecture. Rooms
Each of villas (1, 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms) are contemporary elaborations on the Balinese compound style with 2 or 3 pavilions featuring alang alang grass roofs ranged around a central pool and garden courtyard. Living pavilions have an airy, expansive feel with their high pitched ceilings and cool marble floors set with low slung lounges. Local artworks and antique elements subtly capture the spirit of the archipelago. All villas boast top of the line amenities including the latest audiovisual systems and top of the line SMEG appliances in the open plan kitchen. The generously proportioned master bedrooms are dominated by four poster canopy beds and boast en-suite semi-outdoor bathrooms with oversize tubs and double vanities, while second bedrooms feature both indoor and outdoor showers. The Grand Residence represents the ultimate in luxury villa accommodation with the 22 meter lap pool as the centerpiece of the villa. The 4 storey Master Residence is a study in opulence.
