Ok hotel for the price

We had booked a deluxe double room but were checked into a standard twin room (number 704). i complained as we are a couple ( husband /wife) and demanded a double bed. so they changed our room . so you have to be alert of what you have booked or they will by default try and scam you into a lesser room. the room we were given wasn't great- just acceptable. i had expected better since i had taken the trouble to also reconfirm my booking directly with the hotel to ensure there was no communication error. their travel desk was also very expensive. they charged 1100 inr for an airport drop in a car with a broken boot.beers overpriced too in the bar/restaurant
