As soon as we stepped in the hotel we were shocked and upset, as the receptionist told us that your booking has been cancelled and told us that they can not do anything about it rather they offerd us the same room at almost doulbe price with no breakfast. but i insisted that i had a booking through hotelsclick.com and already paid for. after harassing me for about an hour and when i showed them all the emails, then the receptioinst went in and came back after 15 minutes and assured us that she is trying to book us for the similar kind of price but eventually they admitted it was there fault and they told us that in fact we had a booking with them but offered no compensation for the waste of our time and putting us in anxiety
but she was very polite and all the staff was very nice and polite but they were not very knowledgeable about the local places
hotel itself was excellent the rooms were very good especially japanese toilets
i will recommend people if they want to stay in this hotel book direct with the hotel otherwise they might not honour your booking
