Good for one night

Friendly staff, very nice hotel and room setting with luxurious marmor and pleasant spaces and clean. secure and close to airport with free shuttle. room was a bit cold for decembre night, mattress sank on one side under upper body due to it most certainly being pretty old, so had bad night sleep, breakfast rather average in terms of quality although varied, had much tastier at an ibis for a fraction of the price. no time to report or have issues corrected due to time constraints due to late night arrival and early departure flights. will stay there again though because it‘s close to the airport with free shuttle and if the price is right (paid 76 gbp 2 ppl/ 1 night incl. bkfst) just one or two nights and no more due to bad mattress

Ok but not to the promised standards

As a one night stop-over before/after a flight this hotel is ok. but that's where it ends. the room was nice and comfortable, but neither the tv nor the internet worked, which is unacceptable for hilton's standards. also, breakfast begins at 6am, which is ridiculously late considering that the airport serves primarily travellers who will most likely have early flights (ours was at 7am and therefore we were unable to have breakfast). as a hotel it's ok, but due to these little faults, i would think the price is too high. fix the faults or lower the price, and i would have no problems in giving all 5 stars

Outstanding facility and staff

My husband and i travel a lot and we can honestly say this rates at the top of our hotel stays for all around experience - staff, bed, room, facility, food, airport transportation. we will certainly stay here again.

Just the ticket

We needed a place close to the airport to sleep after a late-night flight to rome. the hotel was clean, friendly and very comfortable. as we arrived so late we weren't able to make use of the free shuttle bus from the airport, but fortunately a local bus driver gave us a lift to the hotel. getting back to the airport the next morning to pick up our hire car was a breeze.
