The lobby is medium in size and bright.
Exterior
The buliding dates back to the early 1900's and still has elements of this delicate Art Nouveau era. The buliding was the first in the city of Kassel to encorporate steel into its structure. The walls are sandstone brick in appearence.
Rooms
Rooms are basic in decor and medium in size. They encompass modern amenities such as mini bar and are bright and functional. The light wooden period furniture reflects the art nouveau style of the building. Bathrooms are also in good condition with white tiling.
Restaurant
The restaurant offers the daily breakfast buffet and also a snack buffet in the evenings that lasts until 23.00 hours. There is however a bar and open atrium area that dates back to the original architecture of the building and offers a great place to relax.
Location
The hotel is centrally located close to the main train station of Kassel and a short two minute walk to the art galleries and shopping area. Kassel is also easily accessible with the tram with the nearest stop located around the corner to the hotel.
