Built in 1987 and later extensively renovated, the 'conference hotel comprises 6 floors with a total of 166 rooms, of which 129 are singles and 32 doubles. Facilities include a lobby with a reception (open 24 hours out of 24), safe, currency exchange desk, a lift, a café, newspaper stand, shops, hairdresser and bars. The à la carte restaurant invites guests to enjoy a tasty meal. Professionals traveling on business can make use of conference room and access to the Internet. Cars can be parked in the parking garage beneath the hotel. The laundry and room services round off the offerings.

Lobby

The spacious lobby is laid out with dark wooden floor boards. The reception desk is also of the same dark wood. As with all maxx hotels - this is done out in a very authentic south American style.

Exterior

A modern brown building with no spectacular features.

Rooms

Are furnishsed to a good standard. Natural earthy colours have been used and all rooms feature a large brass fan hanging from the ceiling.

Restaurant

To the left of the hotel entrance is the restaurant. It is furnished and decorated in natural colours again with an older American feel to it.
