Built in the 15th century, The Castle of Sedan is the biggest castle of Europe (35,000 m2).Nowadays listed as "Historical Monument", it tells its story, plunge in the Middle Ages, in times of the Principality of Sedan. Contemporary design meets the heavy exposed stonework to have a magnificent historical building.

The Château Fort de Sedan has 54 bedrooms and suites overlooking the courtyard or the bastions.On the Fabert side there are 40 rooms on four floors. Four of them are equipped for disabled access.On the Casernement (barracks) side there are 14 large rooms, eight of which are split-level, with views of the castle ramparts.Each room is equipped with satellite television, minibars, direct dial telephones and high speed Internet connections. The decor is tasteful and contemporary, the atmosphere peaceful reflects the Middle Ages and the time of the Principality of Sedan.

The hotel offers the gastronomic Restaurant La Tour d’Auvergne that serves delicious dishes for you to relish in occasion of romantic dinner and business lunch.
