Lobby
The spacious lobby, closed off by a crystal dome installed 19 metres from the floor, retains the old counters from the bank around a large mosaic; at present the hotel's bar and restaurant are found behind them. Philippe Starck's transparent 'Ghost' stools and the smoke-blackened wood of the seats designed by Maarten Baas are focal points of this interior design.
Exterior
Located in central Paris, this design hotel is only 250 metres from Le Peletier Metro Station, providing access to the Louvre Museum and Gare de l’Est Train Station.
Rooms
All luxurious guest rooms feature a marble bathroom, unique furnishings and golden mosaics. Some offer a marble fireplace and a living area. Each air-conditioned room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Wired internet access is available at the Banke, Autograph Collection.
Restaurant
Spanish specialities are served in restaurant Josefin and LolaBar serves cocktails and tapas. A buffet breakfast is served every morning.
