This city hotel was newly built in 2002 and comprises a total of 56 rooms (including 20 twin rooms) offering the utmost comfort in plush surroundings. It is ideal for both business travellers and holidaymakers alike. The reception area and the bar welcome you in a unique and warm Art Déco style, with their stained glass ceiling feature, Art Déco wallpaper and chandelier. Further facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, 24-hour reception, lift access, a TV lounge, a breakfast room, Internet access (charges apply) and a laundry service (for an additional fee). There are parking spaces available in the garage, for those arriving by car.
The hotel is located just on the outside of the city. It is only 15 minutes walking from the train stations and the city center. Clients can also use the local tramway to reach the station in 5 minutes.

The lobby is medium in size and tastefully decorated with modern and Arts Deco furniture. It opens up on a bar with more confortable seats available.

Exterior

The building is a very nice 1930's Arts Deco reflection. It is very well integrated in its environment.

The rooms and the batrooms are in very good conditions. The decoration varies from one room to the other but the style remains warm. All rooms are well equipped with cable TV, hairdryer, Coffee maker...

Great for a weekend break

Went to lille to visit the christmas market, which i have to say was abit of a let down.but lille itself is a lovely place to wander round. we choose hotel by the fact that it had a carpark, and was a good price. couldn't fault the hotel, had all that we required, except for milk on the tea/coffee making tray that we requested. was far enough out of the center not to be really noisey, but could easily walk into center in 15 mins. turn left out of hotel and head for the crown plaza buildings, left hand side of these delivers you to the train station and eurolille shopping centre. all in all we had a very pleasant stay at the best western

Bw arts deco romarin

Room was very small, and it appeared as if two bedrooms had been made from one, as entry to our room was through double doors. initially we had trouble finding the hotel until we were told to enter 'madeleine' and not 'lille' in to the sat nav. breakfast was poor with very limited selection, however for a one night stay to break our journey it was clean, quiet and reasonably priced.
