It is made up of a combination of low rise sprawling buildings set in woodland. Some are wooden in design with others built from stone materials.

The numerous other buildings comprise family apartments and individual guest rooms, all named after animals found in the surrounding wilderness. 50% are small, 30% medium and 20% large. All are kept in good condition.
