For a first visit to paris we were well pleased with the location, only a very short walk from the metro and in an ideal location to visit all the sites. the room was very comfortable and cosy. the room was small, but we expected this after reading other reviews. so you need to be organised and not to have too high of an expectation. the service from the staff was very good and they were all very friendly and spoke excellant english. the decor of the breakfast room was to a high standard and offered a large buffet style selection of continental breakfast so you shouldn't go hungary. for the price and location you shouldn't be dissapointed with this hotel.
