The space When you stay at this fantastic villa you’ll have a range of exclusive 5-star services at your fingertips and access to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, gorgeous white-sandy beaches, tennis courts, a marina, restaurants & bars and so much more. This is a stunning 6-bedroom contemporary villa built in 2 levels. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished terrace, semi-Olympic swimming pool (180m2), a Jacuzzi big enough for 12 persons (20 m2), outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ grill area and a large pool deck with sunbeds - perfect for those lazy, sunny days when you just want to relax by the swimming pool and soak up the sun. The expansive interior has a clean and modern feel and is kept in a contemporary style with simple and minimal decor with furniture in white and neutral colors combined with a few touches of Caribbean style, colors, and charm. This villa is a place where you’ll feel very relaxed and comfortable. The outdoor area of the villa is probably where you will spend most of your time. There are 2 spacious covered terraces by the swimming pool – one has a nice dining table that seats 12 persons. The other terrace is where you’ll be lounging in comfortable furniture, watching TV, or maybe even enjoying a friendly game of pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all bedrooms. -DOWNSTAIRS- When you walk through the front entrance, you’ll be met with an impressive view of the swimming pool, which is designed to look as if it goes straight into the villa. On your right of the lobby area, you’ll find the living room, bar, guest bathroom, the stairs to the 2nd floor, and one bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and terrace with garden views. From the living room are, you can access the swimming pool area, outdoor lounge, and garden. On your left side of the lobby area, you have the formal (indoor) dining room with a beautiful dining table for 12 persons. From the dining area, you’ll have access to the outdoor terrace and outdoor dining area with BBQ. The open kitchen has an island with a cooktop and plenty of countertop space and a large pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation AND the villa does include a chef who will prepare all of your delicious meals to be enjoyed at the villa during your vacation (food & beverages are not included). Right behind the kitchen, you’ll find the laundry- and staff area. The spacious living room with an impressive double-height ceiling has a comfortable sofa sitting area with a large flat-screen TV. Right next to the living room is a bar (beverages are not included). From the living room, you have access to the terrace which has a second living area with sofas, TV, and also a pool table. One bedroom (49 m2 / 527 sq. ft.) is located downstairs and has one king bed, air-condition, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower, and access to a terrace with a view of the garden and golf course. -UPSTAIRS- Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining 5 bedrooms – all with king beds. This new modern villa at Cap Cana has 1 impressive master suite (70 m2 / 753 sq. ft., excl. the balcony) with a king bed, living room area, air-condition, TV, large walk-in closet, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Punta Espada golf course. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower, and bathtub. Bedroom 3 (64 m2 / 689 sq. ft.) and bedroom 4 (66 m2 / 710 sq. ft.) have air condition, TV, a large walk-in closet, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Punta Espada golf course. Both of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and a shower. Bedroom 4 also has a bathtub in the bathroom. Bedroom 5 (38 m2 / 409 sq. ft.) and bedroom 6 (36 m2 / 388 sq. ft.) have air condition, TV, large closets, and a furnished balcony. Both of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and a shower. Both of these bedrooms have ocean views from the balcony! Guest access You will have access to the Eden Roc Beach Club with a large lagoon-style swimming pool, sunbeds, the pristine beach nestled in a charming cove, bars, and 1st class restaurants. Food & drinks are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club (at an extra charge) Access to facilities at Cap Cana (at extra charge), including Juanillo Beach, Api Beach Club, the marina, Golden Bear Lodge tennis center, paddle tennis courts, Power-Fit Studio gym, eco trails, Punta Espada golf course, Los Establos equestrian center, Sanctuary Town and plenty of restaurants & bars located throughout the resort. Additional fees apply for the use of all facilities and advance reservations may be necessary (at extra charge). -VILLA STAFF- When you stay at our villa, you’ll have a personal chef, a butler, and a maid included. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms next to the kitchen. You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay. -PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES- Once you book our Modern villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z.
