Two of these bad & baths are in a separate guest house. They each have a double bed and a terrace in the back to ensure lots of privacy. The living room is very spacious with high ceilings, multiple seating areas and a smart tv. The open plan kitchen has an elevated kitchen island and is fully equipped: the stove has induction plates, there is a teppanyaki grill plate, a built-in stir fry bowl, steam oven and regular oven, a microwave oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks with Quooker (instant boiling water), a built-in coffee machine with beans, 2 dishwashers, 3 wine cooler cabinets and plate warmer cabinets. The master bedroom is very spacious with a phenomenal view of the turquoise sea. It has an adaptable double bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, rain shower, toilet, bidet and urinal. The second bedroom has twin beds, television and en-suite bathroom with steam shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower and toilet. There is a gym with a stepper machine, treadmill, home trainer and some weights. Working out is made easier by the stellar ocean view. Needless to say that this room has air-conditioning. The aircon system in this villa is centrally regulated in order to always have cool rooms if needed. There is a separate room with washer and dryer. All the windows of this villa are covered in a special way; you can look outside but you can’t peek inside. In between the pool and the lower private beach is a palapa (an open space with a canopy made of dried palm leaves) with an outdoor kitchen with gas barbeque, fridge, oven, dining table and seating area.
